One of Fluminense’s prized assets, Alexsander, has caught the attention of a major Italian club. According to journalist Gianluca di Marzio, Lazio has set its sights on the talented midfielder. The reported asking price from Fluminense is 15 million euros (approximately R$ 80 million), but Lazio is looking to negotiate a lower fee.
Alexsander is currently with the Brazilian Olympic team, led by coach Ramon Menezes, for the Pre-Olympic tournament in Venezuela. Another Fluminense player, John Kennedy, has also been called up for the competition.
The 20-year-old midfielder is under contract with Fluminense until March 2026, with the club owning 90% of his economic rights.
