The month of February marks the start of the national women’s football calendar, with the beginning of the 2024 season. During this period, the Fluminense team will compete in the Copa Rio from February to March, as well as the Supercopa Feminina from February 11th to 18th.
Goalkeeper Amanda Coimbra, who is entering her second season with the club, is excited about the new challenges ahead.

Fluminense’s opponent in the Supercopa Feminina has already been determined, and they will face Avaí/Kindermann. This is the first time the team will participate in this competition.
Talking about her expectations for the start of the tournaments, Amanda expresses her desire to make history.
«Our objective in the Copa Rio is to reach the final and compete for the title. The Supercopa is a new championship for Fluminense, and we want to enter it to make history and show who we are. We will definitely give our best for that,» concludes the goalkeeper.
