Fluminense will be participating in the Copa do Brasil Sub-17 this year, after securing their spot in the final of the state championship. The Tricolor discovered their opponent in the first phase last Wednesday, where they will face the team from Porto Vitória-ES.
The youngsters from Xerém will host the team from Espírito Santo in Rio de Janeiro on February 28th, at the Vale das Laranjeiras training center stadium. In the early stages of the competition, the matches will be decided in a single game, without any advantage of a draw for either side.
