29 janeiro 16:7 Fluminense duo available for Brazil's match against Ecuador

The Brazil U-23 team will be back on the pitch on Monday afternoon for the Pre-Olympics in Venezuela. Consequently, a duo from Fluminense will be available. They are midfielder Alexsander and forward John Kennedy. Brazil will face Ecuador at 5pm at the Brigido Iriarte Stadium, in a game that will determine the leadership of Group A.

Brazil currently has six points and is in second place. Ecuador is in first place with seven points, but they have played one more game.

John Kennedy started in both of Brazil’s previous matches. In the opening game, he provided an assist for Endrick to secure a 1-0 victory over Bolivia. In the second game, he took a shot that led to Palmeiras’ goal in the 2-0 triumph over Colombia. He also scored the second goal of the match.

Alexsander came off the bench in the first match and started in the second. It is likely that both will continue as starters in this game.

In the Pre-Olympics, the top two teams from each group advance to the final quadrangular stage, from which the two qualifying teams for the Paris Olympics will emerge. Check out the current standings of both groups:
